The Barren Alpha Knocked Me Up with Twins

Kaelen, the strongest Alpha of his werewolf clan, struggles with fertility. His grandfather arranges a marriage with the Chris family to secure an heir. Chris, mistreated at home, flees and works at a bar, where she is drugged and has a one-night stand with Kaelen, resulting in pregnancy. Kaelen's assistant discovers the pregnancy and informs him.

When Chris returns home to borrow money from her stepmother, she is mocked, but Kaelen arrives to rescue her, takes her to the hospital, and insists she keep the baby, promising to protect her. Kaelen punishes the bullies' families. Chris gives birth, and the family lives happily ever after.
