AboutContact
Mojo Atlas is maintained by a small editorial team. All correspondence with the site passes through a single email address, given below. We do not operate a telephone line, a postal address, or a contact form.
1. The single point of contact
Write to the address below for any of the matters listed in this page. It is the only channel through which the editors can be reached.
To contact Mojo Atlas, write to: contact@louisvillemojo.com
2. Matters we handle by email
- General questions about the index, its entries, or its editorial conventions.
- Corrections to a title page: errors in a title, a synopsis, a language label, or an episode count.
- Partnership enquiries from parties who believe their catalogue or materials belong in the index.
- Copyright notices, including reports of material that should not appear on the site.
3. Copyright and takedown notices
The formal process for copyright notices and takedown requests is set out on the copyright page. Please follow the steps described there; notices sent to the general address will be redirected to that process.
4. What to include
To help us act on your message, please state the matter clearly and include the URL of the page concerned whenever you report a problem. Messages that identify the exact page and the exact issue are handled fastest.
5. Reply times
We aim to reply within a few business days. The editors work through correspondence in the order it arrives, so a short delay does not mean a message has been set aside. Please write once and wait for our reply before sending a reminder.
6. Scope of the index
Mojo Atlas is a reference index. It does not host, stream, or distribute series, and it cannot grant access to any title. Only the opening episodes, at most ten, are available for preview on the site; the full series are offered by the publisher through the official app. Requests for viewing access should be directed to the publisher, not to the editors.
