LegalCopyright & Takedown Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

Mojo Atlas is an independent reference index of vertical short dramas. This page sets out how the editors handle claims that material published in the catalogue — a title entry page, a preview, or artwork — infringes copyright. The policy applies to all content hosted on this site and to all persons who believe their rights have been affected.

2. Respect for Intellectual Property

The editors respect the intellectual property rights of authors, rights holders and publishers. The catalogue is compiled for reference and discovery; previews are limited to the opening episodes of a title, and no claim is made to ownership of any underlying work. Where a rights holder objects to an entry, the editors will act on a valid notice as described below.

3. What a Notice Should Contain

A takedown request should be sent to the contact address given in section 6 and should include all of the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work that is said to have been infringed, with enough detail for the editors to locate it.
  • The exact URL or URLs on this site where the material appears.
  • Contact details of the complainant, sufficient for a reply.
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use complained of is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that the sender is the rights owner or is authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  • A physical or electronic signature of the complainant.

4. Review and Removal

On receipt of a notice that meets the requirements above, the editors review it and, where the claim appears valid, remove or disable access to the identified material promptly. The complainant is informed of the action taken. Notices that are incomplete, repetitive or manifestly abusive may be disregarded.

5. Counter-Notice

If material was removed in error, the person who submitted it may send a counter-notice to the same address. A counter-notice should identify the removed material and its former URL, give contact details, state under good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, confirm that the sender is authorised to submit the material, and carry a physical or electronic signature. The editors will review the counter-notice and may restore the material where the circumstances warrant it.

6. How to Write to the Editors

All notices and counter-notices should be sent by email. This is the only channel the editors use for copyright matters, and no other address or form is provided.

Send notices to: contact@louisvillemojo.com

7. Repeat and Abusive Notices

Notices that are repeatedly unfounded, or that are sent in a manner intended to harass or burden the editors, may be ignored. The editors may also decline to act where a notice does not substantially comply with section 3. This policy is reviewed from time to time and may be updated without notice.
