Butcher? He's The Legendary General

Gavin, once a legendary general, hid in Placen Town as a butcher and raised his daughter Scarlett alone. Scarlett disguised herself as a boy to join the army and won many honors, but Vice General Chase framed her for treason and sent her to the prison. Gavin took out his battle blade that had stayed sealed for twenty years and stormed into the capital, where he broke open the prison and rallied his old troops before exposing Prime Minister Waylon and Chase's plot in the royal court.

Doctor Aaliyah then appeared and revealed a secret, for Gavin's late wife had been frozen for twenty years and never truly died. Gavin traveled with both daughters to the Drelmar imperial tomb to claim a miraculous herb, and he finally woke his wife, so the family reunited in Placen Town.
