Synopsis

Six years ago, Ava, pregnant and in love with Sebastian, was coerced by her father with threats to her mother's life and unborn child to falsely testify that Sebastian caused a fatal car accident, framing him for her brother's crime. Devastated by her betrayal, Sebastian was imprisoned for three years, while Ava, refusing an arranged marriage, was disowned and left to raise their daughter alone, who suffers from a heart condition. Six years later, Sebastian, now MK Group CEO, reunites with Ava and seeks revenge, humiliating her.

Ava endures for her daughter's medical expenses, repeatedly failing to reveal Bella’s identity to him. As their love and hate entangle, their daughter's existence and past misunderstandings surface. Ultimately, Ava sacrifices herself to clear Sebastian's name, leaving him to live in remorse.
