Synopsis

Queen Elara gave birth to a black dragon egg. King Selon's mistress Seraphina framed her for adultery. Selon smashed the egg, stripped Elara of her rank, broke her horns, and enslaved her. Elara saved the egg by pushing it into a volcano. Dragon King Milos of Aurens rescued and raised the child, Kael. Kael had no draconic power but became the realm's greatest mage, awakening the Primordial Dragon's power at twenty.

He returned to Valeron, found and saved his enslaved mother from Seraphina's son Caden. When Frost Dragons invaded, Caden fled and blamed Elara. Kael unleashed his Primordial Dragon power, defeated the invaders, reunited with his mother, and became king. The dark mage Morg, sealed for 300 years, possessed Caden, incited war among the races, and framed Kael. Kael broke Morg's schemes and united the continent.
