Justin is the global CEO of Publicis Emil, an agency model created by Publicis Groupe to help Daimler change its marketing and business. The model is based on the transformative “Power of One” proposition. With all Publicis Groupe working as one team, Justin led the creation of Publicis Emil and the conquest of Mercedes-Benz in 37 markets. Justin is also President of Publicis Groupe for DACH and a member of the Publicis Groupe Management Committee. Justin was the COO of Publicis Communications. In this role, he was responsible for improving the performance of our agency networks, including Saatchi & Saatchi, Publicis Worldwide, Leo Burnett, MSL, Prodigious and others, in Europe and Latin America. Prior to this, Justin was the Global COO of Saatchi & Saatchi. Prior to that, he was CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi China in Shanghai for five years. Justin has 14 years of client side experience. Before joining Publicis Groupe in 2009, he was an executive in companies such as Unilever, Nokia, Orange and The Coca-Cola Company.

Justin then led key Publicis Groupe countries, most recently as CEO of DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) before becoming CMO in 2020. Prior to joining Publicis Groupe, Justin worked for clients in Asia-Pacific, in the United States and Europe. Justin has been at the forefront of Publicis Groupe’s transformation, which has helped clients grow. He also has plenty of customer-side experience, having held senior marketing leadership roles for brands like Orange, Nokia and Coca-Cola in APAC, EMEA and the US.
Justin will remain on the Publicis Groupe Executive Committee and will report to Arthur Sadoun, CEO of Publicis Groupe. In addition to his role as President of Publicis Emil and Publicis One Touch, Justin takes on the role of Global CMO (the Power Of One bespoke global agency networks for Mercedes-Benz and NIVEA respectively).
Ten years ago, Justin came to Publicis Groupe from a corporate client. He was CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Greater China, where he was voted Agency of the Year two years in a row.
