The movie is actually pretty easy to find in physical copies and you can find all sorts of titles from different retailers.
Over time, it has become a cult: people share it from generation to generation, and fans constantly review the comedy. Broderick continued: “I didn’t know it would last this long. None of us knew.” Hughes, who had directed The Breakfast Club the year before, told ET in 1986 that he wanted to make a project that would be considered the complete opposite. “I dealt with the problems of school age a lot,” the director said. “It’s about the undiluted joy of being at that age.”
