The first three episodes of Selena + Chef Season 4 will premiere on HBO Max on August 18 at 3:30 a.m. ET. Selena Gomez will be shown in the series learning how to cook summer cuisine from celebrity chefs during video calls at a Malibu beach house.
Ten chefs will appear on the show in its fourth season. A New York Times bestselling author named Priya Krishna will also be on the show to show Selena how to make Dahi Toast with Cilantro Chutney.

Cookbook author Priya Krishna is originally from Dallas, Texas. She works as a Times Food reporter, and in 2019 and 2021 her articles were included in “The Best American Food Writing.”
Priya attended Greenhill School until she graduated. She graduated from Dartmouth College with a bachelor’s degree in international relations and business. She obtained her French diploma from the same college.
In 2013, Priya worked for Murphy’s on the Green as a cook. She also spent three years working for Lucky Peach as a marketing manager. She has worked for The New Yorker, Eater and TASTE and is also a well-known YouTube personality.
His books Indian-ish and Cooking at Home: Or, How I Learned to Stop Worrying About Recipes became New York Times bestsellers (And Love My Microwave). In addition to working for Bon Appétit’s cooking YouTube channel in 2018, Krishna left the company in 2020 due to discriminatory wages.
The fourth season of Selena + Chef will follow Selena Gomez as she spends the summer at a beach house in Malibu with her family and friends while trying to learn new cooking techniques from online chefs. The fourth season of Hannah Montana was recorded at the same beach house where Miley Cyrus filmed the first three seasons.
Gordon Ramsay, the show’s first guest chef, will appear this season. Besides Gordon Ramsay and Priya Krishna, other guests who will appear on the show via the internet include Adrienne Cheatha, DeVonn Francis, Kristen Kish, Ludo Lefebvre, Matty Matheson, Nick DiGiovanni, Paola Velez and Rachael Ray. In order to keep the cooking process “light, bright and entertaining”, the chefs will advise the actress to step out of her culinary comfort zone and prepare unusual dishes.
The first three episodes of Selena + Chef will air on HBO Max on Thursday, August 18. On August 25, the next three episodes of the program will be made available on HBO Max, with the final four following on September 1. At 03:01 ET, all episodes will be made available on the streaming site.
