Rapper Kanye West posted a rather mysterious message on Friday, August 12, addressing “kids” and the “homeless.” However, a TMZ article claims LA Mission, a charity group, is angry with West for breaking commitments to help the poor.

While it’s unclear what West’s most recent post was trying to say, it rekindles conversations about his promises to help the charity and homeless people find jobs, housing and an education. .

West posted a photo of a poster that read:

“Think about young people. Look at the people on the street. the main source of inspiration for any design.

What do we know about Kanye West’s participation in the Los Angeles homeless shelter

Earlier on Thanksgiving, Kanye West served 1,000 meals to the homeless population of Los Angeles. In November, according to TMZ, West sat down with Pastor Troy Vaughn, CEO of the Los Angeles Mission, to discuss strategies to address the city’s homelessness issue.

Pastor Vaughn thanked the rapper on Twitter for “showing his compassion and charity to the needy” by handing out food on Thanksgiving.

The rapper, according to TMZ, came up with a proposal to provide food for the homeless and help them find “education, employment and housing.” Its mission was to “end the cycle of homelessness and poverty by stabilizing people in a safe and spiritual setting, connecting them to solutions, and supporting them on their journey.”

Additionally, he intended to bring Sunday service to Skid Row in Los Angeles once again, believing it would uplift and heal the neighborhood. A Sunday service was hosted by him in 2019 at the Union Rescue Mission on Skid Row.

West spoke about the importance of following Jesus Christ and his desire to reunite his family, which includes Kim Kardashian and her children North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm, at the event to feed the poor. He observed:

“I am the pastor of my family. I have a house adjacent to the house so that while I am away from home I can be as close to my children as possible. I do my best to be present immediately.

Kanye West also built prototypes of his YZY shelters, which provided low-cost housing for the homeless. The buildings, however, were apparently demolished because the rapper did not have the necessary building permits.

More on Kanye West’s pledges to end hunger and homelessness

Kanye West pledged to solve hunger and homelessness across the country when he was running for president in 2020. He wrote several tweets about it on social media. He stated:

“We will eliminate hunger. In the parking lots there are people sleeping… We are going to recover as a people. We will ensure that everyone’s safety is guaranteed.

The rapper went on to say:

“Someone I was talking to recently revealed that he had been homeless at some point in his life. Hunger and homelessness must be ended, and we will. Our species is capable of doing this.

Kanye West expressed his calling to be a “leader of the free world” in a conversation with comedian and TV personality Joe Rogan, who he later featured in one of his presidential campaign videos.

“There’s never been a better time to appoint a visionary as captain… I consider it my destiny to lead the free world.

Nothing more about Kanye West’s involvement in the fight against hunger and homelessness has been released on his official account after the latest Instagram post.
