In an interview with MTV news along with his Stranger Things co-star Millie Bobby Brown, actor Noah Schnapp revealed that he was genuinely scared while filming one particular scene in Season 4. Schnapp explained that it was during the shootout scene at the Byers’ new home in Lenora Hills, California. “It was a gunfight and we were running around the house and we were rehearsing the scene all day with no bullets or any action. So the first take they did was with all the bullets and broken glass. and the whole house is collapsing, so right from the first take, I felt this raw fear, ”Schnapp clarified.

The scene in question takes place in “Chapter Four: Dear Billy”. Mike (Finn Wolfhard), Will and Jonathan (Charlie Heaton) are ambushed by opposing United States military forces who are trying to kill Eleven (Brown). The three barely survive before being given a ride by Argyle (Eduardo Franco), though Harmon (Ira Amyx), the agent protecting them, dies of a gunshot wound. Brown noted in an interview with MTV News that she could see how relieved they all were when they finally finished the scene because it had a lot of moving parts.

Season 5 of Stranger Things has officially been greenlit and confirmed as the show’s final season (via Term).
