Diego Bertie, well-known Peruvian actor and singer, died on August 5, 2022, at the age of 54. After a fall from the 14th floor of his building, the actor died tragically. After only minutes of being taken to the hospital, it was determined that he was already deceased.

Around four o’clock in the morning, Diego Bertie was killed by falling from the 14th floor of the building where he lived in Miraflores.

Firefighter General Commander Mario Casaretto said paramedics and firefighters rushed to treat Bertie, who was in his garage. Bertie was found in his garage.

According to Casaretto, Bertie was sent to Jose Casimiro Ulloa Emergency Hospital, but was pronounced dead upon arrival. He went on to say that the actor had multiple major fractures as well as head injuries from the impact of the 14-story fall. Casimiro Ulloa Hospital released the following statement after confirming Bertie’s death:

The first indications of the authorities indicate that it is very likely that the actor could not maintain his balance and fell from the 14th floor. However, criminal experts and authorities from the Miraflores police station are currently searching for the location of the event in order to identify the precise cause of death and find out who was responsible.
