A Little About Me...
Longtime Kentucky Journalism fixture Billy Reed is a former writer for Sports Illustrated and a member of the U.S. Basketball Writers Hall of Fame, the Kentucky Journalism Hall of Fame and the Kentucky Athletic Hall of Fame.

The former Courier-Journal Sports Editor and columnist and Lexington Herald-Leader columnist is an eight-time Kentucky Sports Writer of the Year eight times and two-time Eclipse Award winner.

Mr. Reed now will be posting some of his thoughts, opinions and news stories to Louisvillemojo, as part of our broadening effort to bring readers high-quality journalism and content.
