A Little About Me...
I am the Co-Founder of Above Them All Credit Repair. We have created this business to help others in this devastating time in America. We understand that some very good people have been taken advantage of during the past 8 years. Foreclosures are at a all time high and that stems from a practice known as predatory lending. About 3 years ago I was a Realtor and used only lenders who I had a direct relationship with, unless my clients already had a lender prior to buying a home. I continued to advise to the best of my knowledge against the practices that caused so many Americans to lose their homes.

But how many others did not?

What I saw was get me boughts put into homes that they would never be able to afford, once their balloon mortgage maximized. I also saw people agreeing to interest only loans. Locking those loans in for 2 years and then having to refinance their homes, at a much higher rate. Leaving the borrower no choice to except these terms in order to try and keep their home. I have witness the devastation that this has cause, right here in Louisville. People unable to make those payments and struggle to the point of losing their home to the bank.

This practice ran so rampit that the lenders themselves had to all be finger printed by the FBI to check their criminal background. Another words, the government was trying to find criminals within the banking insitiution. That happened about 2 years ago

Some people say the borrower knew what they were getting into, and they have to take responsibility for that. I say to those people People trusted the lending institutions, as experts and those experts mislead the clients, by not fully explaining what could happen, after the terms the lender set, expired.

What I'm Looking For...
I am looking for people who need help repairing their credit. Foreclosed, repossessions, bankruptcy. We can help you and put you back in a home that you can afford. Of course, I would only recommend FHA lenders so the home will be inspected by the top inspectors in the industry. They are the pickiest, which is not always fun for the seller, but the only way to go for the buyer.

We have done this for many people. We can do this for you!!! Right now is the best time to buy, homes are everywhere. People are willing to take less to get out and not have their home foreclosed.
