A Little About Me...
I'm enjoying life immensely these days! I'm getting better all the time, but I have Fibromyalgia (kinda like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). Frankly I count myself as lucky, because it's not progressive, not contagious, not disfiguring, not completely debilitating usually, and it's not terminal. I've learned to deal with all the symptoms pretty well. I have wonderful friends and family and they help me in so many ways to make life great for me. I'd love to have a great career and use my brain power to improve the world--not to mention to make some money--but I'm just glad to be here and to be loved and loving. Hokey, but true. I have a studio (#3021) at Mellwood Arts Center at 1860 Mellwood Ave. I sell beads and supplies, and make clay beads, jewelry, bags and whatever else I feel inspired to create. I'm enjoying it, but we need more traffic! The Frankfort Avenue Trolleyhop comes to Mellwood on the last Friday of each month, and there's lots of FREE wine and cheese and candy, so come by; come in the gray side door by the ramps and up the stairs to our little aerie...we get lonely up there! Okay, enough shameless self-promotion...but seriously come visit us.

I'm trying to roll with the punches that life throws at me...but I do want happiness, contentment, and yummy wine and chocolate.
