Make It Three Harrassment Claims Against Meloche

Last night's explosive story on WLKY-TV about problems with Metro Animal Services director Gilles Meloche has a lot of people wondering what this guy has to do to get fired.

Dr. Kendall Clay, in an exclusive interview with WLKY's Andy Alcock, said she was sexually harassed and lost her job after complaining about Meloche.

She also claimed that in addition to that complaint against Meloche, she testified on behalf of former staffer Dawn Simpson, whose claim resulted in a reprimand of Meloche and a warning against further episodes.

Clay said that current MAS employee Jackie Gulbe, frequently the public face of the department, appearing on television and radio segments, has also filed a sexual harassment complaint against Meloche. Gulbe, according to the report, also supported Simpson's claims.

OK, here's the funny part. As part of her claim, Clay said Meloche "provocatively licked a coffee cup in front of her."

Now, the serious part. Meloche refused to rehire Clay for a position, and told the Metro Council he couldn't find a qualified vet in an attempt to justify hiring someone from out of town.

Clay, who's leaving town for a new job in Columbus, Ohio, said she gave evidence of all this to the Metro Human Resources Department.

The incompetence is overwhelming and embarrassing. Meloche is a Jerry Abramson appointee. It's time for the Administration to admit it made a bad hire and get rid of Meloche before the lawsuits start against him.

Who does he think he is? Trying to out-do Pitino, fer cryin' out loud! He's gonna have to do better than just lowly sexual harrassment charges and licking coffee cups to get one over on the Coach. It's hard to beat being an Abortion Daddy AND keep your team headed for the playoffs!

Oh for crying out loud...I don't know which is worse, that I spent 5 minutes of my life reading this garbage or that I live in a commonwealth where people have more "rims that spin" than "teefuses in their grill".
You stupid inbred, hillbilly, child-molesting, wife-cheating bastards need to get a life.
Now where is my healthcare plan?

It's been rumored that Meloche has said "I'm friends with Jerry -- he won't fire me." Just sayin'.

Was the rumor started by one of your father's employees?

tiann58: Ain't no rumor--he's said it. Just about as many times as Jerry's said "Meloche is my man!" Makes you wonder what those two are up to, doesn't it?
