Dawn's Horizon
BY: BRIAN B. KELLEY

Cresting creatures lie by the oceans resting features
Embraced as the sky touches the sea as to her delightful face
Shimmering breaths exfoliates the sweet tastes so delicate
Yearning of light teaches the wholesome softened soul that reaches
Visions of times divisions set the shores of adore

Touching as the convex world appears
The rides of time so complex she reveres
Shades of blue from above to the water's edge serves
Eyes of purities in exhibition serve the gentlest of heart

Cold of night sheds when the warmth of her body shields the land
Darkness sets, the quickening pulse assembles
Imagined thoughts brought that fantasy resembles
Concealed sight now endows the heaving anticipation
Throttles of speeding need ambulates the senses emulation

Carved facets, craved form of the lips spoken softly
Further from the hands that care with the tender stares
Youth remembered in the perfumed flames that consume
Shelter of adore stands so tall for the one to see, The Lord
