So I get a call today from my tax people (have been doing my books and taxes since 1999) who say they aren't going to process my taxes until I send payment. Now granted I understand that they want to be paid and I have always paid them, never bounced a check or anything negative, alot of times I have a credit on my account. The thing that pisses me off the most is I sent this stuff off 2 weeks ago so I was expecting my refund to be hitting my account this week. Now I get a call saying we won't enter it until we receive payment??? WTF??? In the past they would enter it at the same time they send me the hard copy to sign, then I send back the hard copy signed and with payment... but now they haven't even filed it so it's going to take another 2 weeks, the more I think about it the more pissed I'm becoming. I think it's time to find a new bookeeper and tax person!
