Well it's that time of year again when I state my new year resolutions!
My resolution is to focus on me for awhile. No, I don't want to get a gigantic ego or become obnoxiously vane. I am going to get my asthma/allergies back under control and shed some weight for a healthier heart. I will grab hold of my finances and will not be afraid to answer the phone. I would love all the encouragement or tips you would like to pass along.
Here are 4 things I am going to implement for a healthier body:
1) Drink water, water and more water a day (eight 8 oz. glasses)
2) Exercise 30 minutes a day
3) Eat 5 small meals a day (don't eat after 8 pm)
4) Laugh, Laugh, Laugh, Laugh... It is so good for your mind, body & soul.
Well I know that I will have NO problem with #4. I love to laugh! It's the others that are the problem.
So it's off to bed for me... Sleep is very essential to being healthy. However, I don't seem to have enough hours in the day to sleep as much as I want and get everything I need done. I just don't know how some women do it!
