I don't know how anyone else feels, but the most peaceful time in the world for me is when I'm riding my horses. If I'm having a bad day and need a peaceful ride, I jump on Dart. If something pissed me off, and I need to get rid of some energy, I jump on Raincloud. If I just need to think about something else, I work with my yearling Chase. Sometimes just going out and giving them bathes is relaxing to me. My horses sense when I am having a bad day, and they treat me accordingly. Dart will lay his head on my shoulder as if to say "it's all right mom."
