In a nutshell...I bought an MP3 Player from Best Buy, got home, opened the box and it had a totally different product in the box. I tried to return it and they accused me of switching the product. They held my money over a week and did an "investigation". Meanwhile, I'm MP3 playerless and moneyless. I finally got my player after much hassle and getting rude with numerous people. I also wrote a letter to the BB corporate office and they pretty much said "sorry". Anyhow, if you want to be treated like a number, go to BB. I won't EVER go to BEST BUY again, and I suggest anyone else do the same. THERE...I'm off my soapbox now, and feel MUCH better.
