A Little About Me...
So a lil bit about myself huh? Where to start...

My name is Mercedes but my friends call me Spunky or Spunks. I'm a very outgoing chic that will do anything I can to help someone. It's just in my nature to help people in need. So that has a lot to do with the fact that I am in school to become a RN.

I am a very happy devoted mother of 2 great kids. My daughter is 7 and my son is 5. They are the loves of my life. They are my light in the dark. Without them I don't know what I would do.

I am a college educated woman with a head on my shoulders that knows right from wrong. I haven't always chose to do the right thing in the past but that was then and this is now.

I am very blunt and I speak what is on mind, sometimes good and sometimes bad. But if you don't mind I'll blame that on 3 very protecting brothers!

I get along with guys far better then girls. I love hanging out with the guys and doing "guy" things. I don't mind getting dirty and I love watching sports. It's always Monday Night Football at my house. I watch ESPN way too much for a chick and I don't care. It keeps me entertained.

I did the whole bar scene years ago and I've overcome that. I've come to the conclusion that uou'll find one of two things there, drunks and one night stands. Sorry neither interest me.

I can be just as quiet as I can be loud. I bite my lip when I'm nervous and sometimes laugh for something that happened yesterday but I always have fun.

So several people have asked me "Why all the star tattoos?" It's simple, I'll break it down for you.

It stands for guidance and hope. Each point on the star has a meaning, and that they are Life, Liberty, Peace, Juctice, and Freedom.

What I'm Looking For...
Hum lets see here... I need to find my mind. My kids took it and refuse to return it. WTH, lol. I need to find my car keys too so that I can get the hell out of dodge. Still searching for my nursing books at a cheaper price of course!

when it comes to politics… At this point anything is better then Bush. That's all I have to say.

my turn ons are… I love great smiles and eyes. But I am bigger on someones personality. Especially if they can make me smile all the time and give me a good laugh!

things that turn me -off- include… I can't stand bad teeth or bad breath. I hate people who think their shit don't stink. I hate recieving hotboxs that say "Hey sexy, beautiful, hottie, etc" Come up with something that's going to spark my interest!

i would describe the way i dress as… I am who I am. I dress how I want, not how fashion magazines and anorexic models tell me too!

my favorite place in the whole world is… laying in my king size bed on a saturday morning with a kid on each side watching cartoons

i would best describe my work ethic as… I'm in the process of getting 2 degrees. My first is a Degree to be a Surgical Technician. The second is my RN Degree. I am great with people thus pursuing a career that constantly deals with people!

when it comes to my digs (apartment, home, etc.)… I just bought my first house in July. It's a 4 bedroom 2 bath 2 car garage. Therefore you know I'm proud of it and it stays as clean as my kids will let it! Lol... I can't stand a dirty house!

my superpowers are... Now what kinda girl would I be if I told you all of my secrets?

things that make me really angry! Ex's that don't understand they are a EX for a reason and do not understand that you don't want them in your life but they find every way to be in it or atleast find out what your doing with it!

i'm currently reading... The Mojo screen because class doesn't start for another few minutes so I'm keeping myself entertained!

the worst (or best) lie i've ever told was... I lie to myself more then anything. I always tell myself everything will be ok and work out for the best. Yet, it never happens it seems like!
