My intention when I started the group was to have people who truly appreciated great coffee and that were possibly even interested in homeroasting. The group was a lot of fun and I met some great people, but I think it's time has come to an end. Only one or two groupies showed much interest in more than social schmoozing. The more technical events that I had planned had either little to no interest. The Mojo Bardstown Road Aglow event, which was a big deal to me, and to the club bombed this past year, and that disappointed me greatly. The fact that activity on Mojo has dwindled from a waterfall to a small drip is also a factor. So, I'll check in once in a while, if someone shows interest in the finer points of coffee or roasting, I'll jump on it like white on rice, and I'll still stay in touch with those I met over the past few years here. Who knows, things might get brewing again.
