Have you given it a few minutes? Generally, it takes less than five minutes to receive your confirmation letter UNLESS you're on AOL or Yahoo. These services sometimes takes hours or even a day to receive the system-assigned temporary password. We have no idea why that is.

Do the following:

• Make sure you're not using SPAM filtering software that might reject email from Mojo, or just set your SPAM filter up to allow email from our domain name.
  
• Check your JUNK or SPAM folders in case your confirmation email was mis-filed.
  
• If you're using an email account with a 'quota' (i.e. Hotmail or Yahoo), make sure that your mailbox is not full, and then request a password reminder.

Once you've followed these steps, use our password reminder. Give it your exact email address, and it will email your temporary password to you.

Once you have your password, you can sign in. To change this to something easier to remember, click the My Account link on the left side of your screen under MISCELLANY, and follow the instructions there.

P.S. Please don't get impatient and keep creating more and more accounts under different emails. Thank you. :)

NOTE: If you've checked everything and tried the password reminder, and you still have not received your confirmation letter, you'll have to check with your ISP on why this might be and/or use a different email account on a different provider. We are unable to send passwords or email addresses to any user for any reason due to our Terms of Service and privacy policies.
