ATT told me on the phone that my plan was up in march. So I cancel it and switch...Bad service and all that. Cant keep a call for longer then a few minutes. Then all of a sudden my plan is not up till July?!? and they are hitting me with a $175 disconnect fee. So I would like to warn anyone going thru ATT get more then 2 people to tell you what date your plan ends...and get it in writing if possible or you will get charged extra.
Let me just state I have been an ATT/Cingular customer for 13 years. And have not had any major problems with my phones till this past year. And I was told by the customer service department...too bad I should buy a new phone. I am due to renew my service next month. And you couldnt even offer me early credit? Well guess what. Dropped calls no more. I will go to another service company. one that is offering me better service at a cheaper price with a new phone. So much for wanting to keep a loyal customer.
